Refund Policy
Our refund policy allows you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get a desired item is to return the original item and make a new purchase for the replacement.
Refund Processing: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Return & Refund Policy

- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please email us at info@loyalhoney.com with images or videos of the product.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Incomplete Shipping Information: Orders with incomplete addresses, especially Cash on Delivery orders, will not be shipped. If reshipping is required due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee of Rs. 120 will apply. Please include your phone number to facilitate easy processing of returns and refunds.
